ARTIST / MUSICIAN AGREEMENT CONTRACT

           AGREEMENT Thomas Anthony Martin ( hereinafter referred to as " artist" ) and______________ 

_______________________(hereinafter referred to as " musician" ). Musician agrees to the following:


1) Not to use any of the artist's songs, music, music ideas, lyrics, voices or  vocal melodies in any other 

bands/ music projects without artist's participation or pre-authorized written permission from artist.


2) Not to use any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics, or  vocal melodies in any live performances 

without artist's or pre-authorized written permission first.


3) Not to record or re-record any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas or lyrics without artist's or pre-

authorized written permission first.


4) Not to copyright any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics or vocal melodies.


5) Not to give permission to anyone the usage of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics, or vocal 

melodies without pre-authorized written permission first.


6) Not to sell any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics or vocal melodies in whole or in part without  

pre-authorized written permission first.


7) Not to sell any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics, or vocal melodies in the form of sheet music, 

musical charts, vinyl albums, audio tapes of any kind, digital recordings of any kind, video(s) or verbal 

transfer without  pre-authorized written permission first.


8) Not to present any of artist's songs, music, musical ideas, lyrics or vocal melodies in whole in or in part 

to record companies, publishing companies, radio stations or anyone affiliated within the music industry-

-directly or indirectly--without pre-authorized written permission first.


9) That all co-written material may not be used in any way, including: other projects, live performances, 

recordings, re-recordings, copyrighting, granted usage to others, sold to anyone in the form of sheet music,  

musical charts, vinyl albums, audio tapes of any kind, digital recordings of any kind, video(s) or verbal 

transfer, submitted to record companies, publishing companies, radio stations or anyone affiliated with  the 

music industry--directly or indirectly--without pre-authorized written permission.


10) That all lyrics and vocal melodies will be copyrighted separate from the music when music and lyrics/  

vocal melody (or any coherent combination thereof) are co-written between artist and musician.


11) To pay all costs and expenses incurred by artist including artist's reasonable attorney's fees in addition 

to all other damages artists consents to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the state of California.

Musician and Artist hereby acknowledge that they have read this agreement, understand this agreement, 

and consent to this agreement. Artist and musician have executed this agreement made this day of:
